THE RUN  Map

The run will travel from the start/finish area and head west along the road.  Athletes will head over the LRT bridge and then continue west along the paved trail next to River Valley Road.  This is an out and back course with the turnaround just prior to the Groat Road Bridge.  View details here

Please wear your race number on the front of your jersey/t-shirt (no bare chests allowed).

HOW THIS WORKS

As a team of 5, each member will run 5k.  The transition (tag off) is at the start/finish line.  Once the member has crossed the finishline, they will tag off and the next member heads out on the run!
