Event consulting & concept design
We work with you to shape the right event for your audience – distance options, format, location, and experience – while keeping budget, goals, and capacity in mind.
Course design & setup
Accurate, safe, and city-approved routes. We design, measure, and mark courses, including signage, cones, mile/km markers, and aid stations, and liaise with municipalities for approvals.
Timing & results
Electronic chip timing with full finish-line setup: inflatable arch, race clock, chute, and live results. Participants can receive printed results on-site plus online, email, or text results after they finish.
Online registration & data
We set up and manage online registration (via RaceRoster), including categories, pricing, waivers, and automated communications – giving you clear reporting and easy participant management.
Finish-line & site production
Start/finish gantries, banners, chute, audio, and on-site branding – all managed by experienced race crew so your event looks polished from first runner to last.
Equipment, rentals & supplies
Access our inventory of pylons, fencing, arches, tents, sound systems, race clocks, and more. We can also supply custom items like branded tents, fencing scrim, swim caps, and inflatable features.
Marketing & promotion support
